Providing Food & Support to Birmingham’s Homeless Community

We seek out world changers and difference makers around Birmingham, and equip them to fulfill their unique purpose.

Nutritious Hot Meals

Each week, Birmingham Outreach Foundation provides 100 freshly cooked, nutritious meals to people experiencing homelessness and food poverty in Birmingham City Centre. We offer more than just a meal, we provide warmth, dignity and human connection. Our volunteers take time to speak with individuals, offering a listening ear and directing them to essential support services. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, our aim is to ensure that no-one in our community goes without a hot meal.

Hot Drinks & Comfort

A simple hot drink can make all the difference. We serve tea, coffee and hot chocolate to those in need across Birmingham, providing a moment of warmth, comfort and respite from life on the streets. These small acts of kindness help build community and connection, reminding those facing hardship that they are seen, valued and not alone.

Social Inclusion & Compassionate Support

Food and drink are just the start. For many struggling with loneliness, our outreach is a vital source of friendship and hope. Our volunteers build trusting relationships, offering not just a meal, but a friendly chat and a sense of belonging. Through these connections, we help people access further support and take steps toward a more stable future

Donate to Sponsor Free Meals

While we go home to warm meals, there are hundreds of people on the streets of Birmingham tonight who won’t eat at all. Your donations can be extremely helpful for them.

Who We Are?

Birmingham Outreach Foundation (BOF) is a registered charity committed to supporting the homeless and individuals facing hunger in Birmingham. Every Wednesday night, Birmingham Outreach Foundation provides 100 hot meals, fruits, snacks, drinks and a friendly face to around 100 people each week, which often serves as their only source of warm food and drinks.

BOF’s work promotes social inclusion and relies on the community’s support through donations and volunteers to continue making a meaningful impact.

Our mission is to serve Birmingham’s homeless community.

We envision to provide food on the table of every hungry person.
